Bacon No Lettuce & Tomato Dip

I made this dip the other day and it seemed to be a big hit with everyone!  It has two of my favorite {and not so friendly on the hips} ingredients...bacon...and cream cheese.  I also like that it is a warm dip.  Enjoy!!!!!

Bacon NO Lettuce & Tomato Dip

1/2 pound of BACON fried and crumbled
1 cup of mayonnaise
1 cup of sour cream
8oz. of CREAM CHEESE
1 1/2 cups shredded colby jack cheese
1 small tomato chopped (give it a good squeeze before chopping to get some of the juice out)
1 quart bag of your frozen sweet corn that you spent an entire day last summer putting up....then you spent the entire next day cleaning dried sweet corn off every surface in your house...but it was soooo worth it...right?!?! (I suppose you could use the "store bought" frozen corn....or GULP...canned corn)
1/4 cup chopped green onions
a lil bit of salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Heat corn on the stove or in the microwave and drain excess water off.  Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, and cream cheese until combined (and salt and pepper if you want).  Add crumbled bacon, corn and stir.  Add the colby jack cheese, green onions (save a few to top the dip for garnishment),  tomato and stir.  Pour into a baking dish sprayed with cooking spray and bake for 25 minutes or until bubbling.  Top with green onions.  Serve with corn chips.

Nutritional Information:
This dip is delicious and therefore it will go straight to your hips.  If you REALLY want to know the nutritional information you REALLY should not consider making this dip. That's all!!
