  10. I am a new follower. My favorite main dish recipe is Balsamic Honey Glazed Pork Tenderloin. So easy and I have a tip for cooking pork tenderloin. Turn oven to 500 degrees. Place marinated loin into cast iron pan and place in oven. Cook at 500 degree for 5 minutes for every pound the tenderloin weighs. I usually do a small loin about a pound. So I cook it for 5 mins, then turn off and leave in the oven for a full hour. The loin turns out perfect every time. Very moist and flavorful. Thanks for the opportunity to enter.
